Leverage Pros Consulting provides consulting, educational guidance, and document preparation assistance related to consumer financial profiles and consumer reporting. We assist clients with reviewing their consumer reports and preparing dispute documentation when applicable.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and maintain active credit monitoring during the service period when required. Failure to provide required documentation or monitoring access may delay services.
Payment Policy
All payments are for consulting services, document preparation, and administrative work performed on the client’s behalf. Fees are earned for time, analysis, and preparation services.
No Guaranteed Results
Results vary based on each individual consumer report and the response of the reporting agencies and furnishers. Leverage Pros Consulting does not guarantee the removal of any item.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, analysis, and administrative work involved in preparing and reviewing client files, payments for services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time by submitting a written request. Cancellation will stop future work but does not guarantee refunds for services already rendered.
Client Authorization
By purchasing services, the client authorizes Leverage Pros Consulting to review their consumer reports and prepare documentation related to disputes or challenges of inaccurate information when appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Leverage Pros Consulting shall not be held liable for decisions made by credit reporting agencies, creditors, or collection agencies.
